Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-5 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 6-10 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 11+ bedrooms.
There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

Great potential that falls short of expectations.
Checkin was scheduled for 3PM. I arrived at 3 only to find the code did not work. I called and they said 4PM, and the code would work then. I waited around for an hour, then tried the code. It didn't work! Had to call to get a new code. The cabin was not very clean. The coffee table and most fixtures were dusty. Both beds have pretty bad mattresses and pillows. The main TV and surround sound were not wired properly, so I did that for them. Now the next guest can enjoy the entertainment. The arcade game would not power up either.

Disappointed but not completely unhappy
The place itself wasn't so bad ..the issues were the selling points for us.. the waterfall in the pool did not work, all the gaming systems upstairs were not working either....there were other places we looked at but did not have these features and were just as nice ...this one did have those features so it was an extra bonus for us ... so very disappointing when found that they did not work... it would not have been a chosen cabin had we known. The mountains however never disappoint the many times we've come. This is the only cabin we have found disappointing in our stays.

Mediocre for price
Steep drive up to property. Internet service barely works. 2 bedroom TV's don't work. Difficult accessing property with all of the codes. Hot tub was nice.

Disappointed
The cabin was very nice. It would have been better if everything had been functioning properly. The waterfall in the pool was not working and the chemicals were so strong my grandaughter broke out in a rash & had to quit using it. Which was very disappointing for her. We all would start coughing as soon as we walked in the pool area. The hot tub quit working at one point and the TV’s in the bedrooms did not work. The WiFi code we were given did not work but fortunately we found another one on the modem. These are little things but for the price were disappointing, especially the pool! That was the main reason we chose this cabin.

Dirty cabin!
Pool is broke, cabin was dirty, security system broken, bathroom smelled like sewage, tv broke. No not stay at this cabin!
