Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

The home was lovely and secluded-just what we wanted. We felt it was very roomy, clean and had ample supplies.
Exceptional!
The web site and photos didn’t do this cabin justice. Every aspect far exceeded our expectations. The location , the size of the home and all its amenities. The cleanliness when we arrived. I would highly recommend Elk Spring Resorts. Anyone from my nieces bridal party that visited us at this cabin was flabbergasted on how big it was and how private the setting was... they were all jealous we had a full size home for the price of a cramped hotel room on the strip. EXCEPTIONAL!!! Thank you for an awesome weekend in Tennessee !
Wonderful Vacation Spot!
I loved this place! It was clean and set up very nicely and very private. It was a place I enjoyed relaxing and enjoying nature with the peace and quiet. We were located near to everything for entertainment and food wise. It was a great trip for my entire family! Everything you see in the photos is what it really is, which was a relief. Maintenance was great as they addressed an issues quickly and efficiently. Only one downside, which was the bed that was just uncomfortable for me. However, would I stay here again- ABSOLUTELY!
Secluded Hideaway
Had a great 4 nights here. Cabin was clean. Deck around the cabin was a great place to just set back and relax after a full day of activities in gatlinburg and pigeon forge. Only disappointing thing about the trip was no bear sightings at the cabin. Plenty of other wildlife though
