Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

My family and I never think about staying anywhere else when we come to Tennessee. We always try to get a different cabin each time and have loved everyone we’ve stayed at. I always recommended to friends when they want to come to Tennessee.

Great cabin, will book again in the future

We wanted a cabin with paved roads and somewhat secured. We got both. We felt safe and the roads were nice. It was my daughter's first time driving up there. She felt comfortable driving to and forth the cabin. I will definitely rent another cabin from here.

We had a blast! The view was great, accommodations were as advertised, and the place was clean. We had all the cooking utensils and coffee maker was nice. The battery died in one of the smoke detectors and a technician was there in no time. We'll be back!
Incredible View
Our recent stay was wonderful. The view was incredible! My family enjoyed the game room and hot tub! The pool at the resort was close to our cabin so that was an added bonus! Our a/c wasn't working when we got there and a maintenance man was sent quickly and the problem was fixed immediately. We will definitely be back.
Incredible View For Sure!
Loved the location of this resort and cabin. Walking distance to the pool and an amazing view. The resort kept in contact with us throughout our stay which was nice. Cabin was clean and perfect for our family of 5. Game room in the loft was a big hit as well as the big TV downstairs (note there is no longer a projector and screen). Not much for drawer space in either bedroom for clothing and would be nice to have separate pool towels but those are my only complaints. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this cabin again!
