If you are looking for the perfect Smoky Mountain getaway cabin with fantastic views and a super convenient location, then Above The Clouds is the perfect choice. Located about 8 minutes from Dollywood and 15 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg you will be conveniently located to all the fun. If you want to just stay in the cabin and relax you will enjoy the amazing views of the Smoky Mountains From your Great Room, King Suite, and hot tub or rockers on your covered deck. You will also have a fully equipped kitchen to prepare in cabin meals and dining table and seats for 4. Access to outdoor seasonal community pool, outdoor pavilion, sauna, steam room and fitness center included in your stay. There is plenty of room for a family of 4 as the great room seating area has plenty of seating and a queen sleeper sofa for the kids. The cabin also features 2 full baths, one with Jacuzzi tub and shower in the suite and then a separate full bath with stand up shower for the extra guests. Looking for some fun? Shoot a game of pool on the full sized pool table or surf the internet on the free WIFI to figure out your next days activities. A washer/dryer is included in this cabin for your convenience. Host Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.

Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

SmokyMountains.com Service Fee Cancellation Policy

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Unit Pet Policy

This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.

The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Legacy Resort Cabin

I loved everything about my stay in the Legacy Resort. The communication was awesome, I received a text concerning everything about that cabin before I left and the day I left I was sent a text with the location again, including directions and the code needed for entry. The resort was absolutely beautiful. Everything I needed was available in the cabin

Cabin was awesome! Great location- easy to get to, beautiful view, and super clean! Allow yourself a little extra time getting there if coming in on a weekend. We are from the surrounding area and know what traffic is like, but still arrived about 45 minutes later than we expected on the back roads. The cabin was one of the cleanest rentals we have ever stayed in! Bedroom is downstairs-which was fine for us, but may not be a preference for others who may have difficulty with stairs. Bed was ok-but we prefer a firmer mattress. There was a sports car show in the area and throughout the nights we were able to hear the loud exhaust/mufflers noise from the cars that were staying in the community.(Other than that, it is was very quiet.) We loved the cabin and will definitely be back. Elk Springs was super easy to book through and communication was great! Loved our weekend Above the Clouds!

Fantastic Stay

We truly enjoyed our stay at "Above the Clouds" cabin. The cabin was clean,wonderful,and the view was awesome! The day we checked out, we were truly 'above the clouds'...the view was amazing due to the clouds being below us but over the town. I would recommend it to anyone!
