With these luxury amenities and an ideal location, “Majestic Mountain Pool Lodge” is sure to please everyone! Layout: On the main level there are 2 master suites both with balcony. The living room has 2 sleeper sofas. On the 2nd level there are 2 bedrooms each with 2 queen size beds in each and bathrooms, also the room with the 4 bunk beds and trundle beds plus another bathroom are on this level. The bunk bed room has a deck. On the lower level you will have the game room and 2 queen bedrooms with bathrooms. One of these has a deck. There are also 2 sleeper sofas on this level as well. The bottom level has the pool and a half bath Under no circumstances will Fraternities and Sororities be allowed in any unit or cabin.

Could be a great place, paying attention to details is needed.

A great potential rental, some flaws from management and cleaning crew was the Issue. Mangment over looked some paperwork details that caused a lot of running around to fix at the very last min. The pool was freezing although it did have a heater they had it turned way down and the hot tub had no chemicals making it completely green and nasty by the first night. Half of the arcade games do not work, and those that do only half of the game works. the trundle beds are not beds, they are slates of wood with a blanket over them.

Mountain majestic pool lodge

Our vacation itself was great because we love the area of pigeon forge and surrounding areas. However, this cabin left much to be desired. We did not receive a pool alarm code in our welcome email, only the key code so the first 20 minutes of our stay was spent on the phone with alarms blaring and talking to a company rep. Not the best start. The beds were awful - very noisy to the point we didn't sleep well because of how loud they were. Kitchen floor was dirty and sticky when we got there and the tables were dirty. We ended up buying cleaning supplies and doing it ourselves. Both refrigerators worked, however were broken inside without shelves. The lack of space for refrigerated food and drinks was disappointing as was the size of the kitchen and dining areas for the amount of people the cabin holds. There was just not enough room to make a meal for the number of guests that were there. Several games in the game room didn't even work. We think what was a pool maintenance person entered the house without knocking and didn't even introduce himself, just walked in. With small children running around, this bothered me that there was a stranger (to us) unannounced in our cabin. One kitchen cabinet was missing a door. One of the posts in the railing on the deck was broke and loose, a very dangerous situation for children running around on the deck. The house was very loud, seemed as if there was no insulation between rooms and floors were noisy also. Dresser in one king room was broken with no mirror and put in a very odd spot in the room so you couldn't walk between the bed and the wall. Never got a trash pick up halfway through our stay. This should be a given with the amount of people that stay in the cabins. The cabins were too close to one another, we could see the neighbors within 30 feet and heard all of their conversations. Not exactly the peaceful setting in the mountains we were hoping for.

Good vacation cabin

Great cabin. Great build. Great location. Great size, it slept my family of 40. Game room was fun, balcony are Great, kitchen a great size, enough bathtooms. However, he cable barely worked, the security code to the pool room didn't work so we had to deal loud annoying sound, parking was a nightmare for 8 vehicles. I recommend carpooling as much as possible to this place. Gas grill was good but ran out of propane after only using it twice. Wifi was a joke, it barely worked. Hot tub was ok but battling mosquitoes made it not fun. The pool is small and water was cold. Overall it was a fun experience and great location for family reunion.

Thornton Family

The hot tub was not clean. Called Eden Crest and they sent out cleaning crew. Some of the TV's did not work properly. Called Eden Crest and they sent out repair men, but the TV on the main floor in the main gathering room was never fixed. On the main floor porch, there was broken items on the hand rail that caused a safety issue, called Eden Crest and they said they would send out repair men. The problem was never fixed. Other than these items, the over all stay was ok.

Unforgettable experience

This was the absolute best experience I've ever had with any accommodation. The booking experience with Nikki was very easy and hassle free. Days before the trip they sent an email request to download the Eden Crest app, which they fed all the information that you would need for your rental (codes, directions, check in, etc), so cool. When we arrived with our party of 30+, this place instantly made me look like a super hero to my family. From the pool, the arcade, the spacious rooms, the open kitchen and dining area already stocked with every utensil and pan you can think of, to the truly amazing view, this place was EVERYTHING we needed for our 5 days. We had a BLAST!

Hernandez 50th Anniversary

After reading some recent reviews I was a little worried but the house was perfect for our family of 16. Just a few comments for improvements: there needs to be a broom available for clean-ups, the pool could be a little warmer but was clean, the windows in the den and dining room badly needs blinds - the evening sun was horrible! Yes, the house was noisy but with 8 grandkids running around how could it be quiet. Overall, a wonderful week to celebrate our anniversary.

Fun Time

Our family had a wonderful time. The property layout was great for us and the amenities were good. Our only complaint was, there was a storm and the rain and wind were blowing hard and the property had water leaking in on the west side. Overall it was a great time for all.

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED

The sofas in the cabin had been replaced and updated. The cabin was actually nice but the pool was broken and useable my entire stay which was the bases on me choosing that particular cabin. I had to call Eden Crest everyday regarding the condition of the pool it was dirty (full of bugs) and extremely cold. I am highly disappointed on the way this problem was handled by the management company. Don't waste your time with this company will be disappointed.
