Very Nice

My group and I have stayed in this chalet multiple times, and we always enjoy its amenities. The chalet is spacious, and the furnishings are very nice.

Good place to stay

we had good time spending here. Cabin is good and it is connected to pigeon forge. Overall we enjoyed staying here.

Ivey falls. Nov 12-14

We had a great time. The cabin was nice but not large enough to be for 18 people to fit comfortably. Not enough seating. Should be for only 12-14. Overall was great. The staff was superb. Called with a couple of issues and maintenance got right on it. We would stay with Eden Crest again

Another wonderfrul Ladies retreat

We have stayed at the Smoky Mountain Christian Village for several years for our church ladies retreat. The management changed during our planning and due to the changes, I had 4 different people handle our reservations but it continued to be an enjoyable weekend for our ladies. However; the management changed within the month or two of our stay and we hope to have the same experience next year.

Spring break stay at Ivy Falls (#9) Cabin

We were notified 2 days prior to our departure that our cabin we had chosen was taken off the market by the owner. With the rental involving a busy spring break week Eden Crest chose Ivy Falls (#9) as our replacement. We paid originally for a cabin that had 3 king beds, poolside pool, a hot tub, sauna, jacuzzi tub, theater room, & game room. Eden Crest placed us in a cabin with 6 bedrooms, 5 baths, limited tv's, & a foosball table. We didn't get the amenities that we paid for, however, Eden Crest kept telling us how we were being upgraded. The cabin pictured on The Eden Crest Website as Ivy Falls (#9) isn't the actual one at 2184 Mossy Stone Way. What the website doesn't show you is that there are many steps to get in/out of property. The water in the enclosed pool was cold all the time & not heated like we were told. Pathway lights from the cabin to the pool were non-functioning.The shower floors in the showers were extremely slippery,a couple of the toilets needed to be better secured, no instructions on how to run the TV or DVD player, gas grill needs replacing,there was no Passport To Paradise welcome kit or Gray Box card in our cabin upon arrival. Called Eden Crest & they apologized. Went to office to get movie rental card. On the positive side: Ampule amounts of dishes, cookware & linens, great location to see & do area attractions, check in/out was very easy, smart phone app was very helpful.

Wonderful

Overalls, we had a fantastic time! The cabins were very nice. They are in a fantastic location, very close to everything. Everything was in good condition. We loved it and will definitely stay again sometime in the future.

Nice place, good location

Our group of 15 stayed here for a weekend at Dollywood. The location was perfect as Dollywood is just across Veteran's Parkway and is convenient to Pigeon Forge. We all fit comfortably and had plenty of room. There were a few maintenance issues, however. The kitchen countertop was cracked and had sharp edges. Outlets in one of the upstairs bedrooms did not work, and the tub stopper did not work when we needed to give our children a bath. Several light bulbs were out both inside and out. The outside flood lights did not work which made getting down the steps a bit challenging, especially since the street light also did not work. The toaster didn't work, either. Otherwise, it was a comfortable stay and we would stay again, but at $450 per night, you expect maintenance to be current.

Family Christmas

Loved the Cabin

The Cabin was wonderful we arrived early and Eden Crest was very helpful on getting us into our cabin early. Heater down stairs wasn't working right, they had someone out there in 15 minutes to fix it. We had a wonderful time and I will definitely stay with Eden Crest with any future Vacations.
