Description

If you are looking for that picture perfect view that only the Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee can offer then this is the cabin for you. Nestled in the famous and very popular Wears Valley area just outside of Pigeon Forge. You could spend hours rocking stress and cares away just taking in all that this view has to offer. Like a king perched on a throne you can take in all the grandeur that is the Smoky Mountains and Wears Valley with mountains as your back drop. It is just breathtaking.

This cozy cabin offers 4 well-appointed bedrooms each with its own bath facility. Each bedroom offers a TV for your viewing pleasure. There are 3 bedrooms with king beds while one bedroom offers two queen beds which is perfect for the kids in your family or perhaps for Mom and Dad who want to keep the little ones close but not in the same bed. Two of the bedrooms come equipped with Jacuzzi tubs should you feel the urge to light some candles and spend a relaxing moment soaking in a jetted tub full of bubbles.

The game room is located out of ear shot on the lower level so your family can enjoy hours of fun entertainment while not disturbing your peace and quiet on the main level. There is also a theater style seating area with a custom built bar behind it and a large 60 inch TV in the game room to add to your sensory needs. There is a pool table so rack up the balls and see who can send their balls to the pocket first. This will add hours of competitive pleasure to your memories and bragging rights.

If this does not wet your appetite for a grand getaway maybe you need to visualize a hot tub, setting on a deck, overlooking the grandeur that is the Smoky Mountains. Now throw in a little star light and……well, you should have enough now to be convinced this one is just right for you!! And don’t forget all those goodies you will receive when you check in. A free daily ticket to miniature golf, zip line, unlimited DVD movie rentals, laser port, Ripley’s Aquarium, a free dinner at the Country Kitchen buffet, and last but not least a double dip ice cream cone from Mad Dog Creamery. These tickets cannot be combined but not to worry, you won’t miss a thing since there are new ones issued each day.

Honeysuckle Meadows pool and deli are available. They offer fishing, seasonal outdoor pool, pavilion for cooking out, and a deli. Open May- October. The fishing pond is catch and release. Pole rentals are only $5 and bait as well is available. You will enjoy a picturesque view from a comfortable lounge chair, swimming from 10am – 9pm daily in the large, sparkling clean pool, and some fabulous food selections from the deli and grill. Bathrooms, tables, and a kiddie pool are also available for enjoyment. Located at the foot of the mountain. Entry to the pool, pond, and pavilion are free for guests.

A getaway with friends

Cabin had everything we needed Plenty of room each couple had there own personal space the drive up to the cabin wow intense but once there so worth itThere is a ant problem in the one bathroomEnormous ant hill down by the fire pit needs to be addressed but it didn't detract from the cabin at all kinda became a joke after awhile

Majestic views, but short on some details

First The good:the view was amazing. We felt perched on top of the mountain, and the living space and deck had the perfect view out. Overall we were very satisfied, our complaints were in the details. We were given directions, but they included a washed out road and there were no signs. There was an air hockey table, but it was broken. There were towels and bedding, but not quite enough. There was a coffee maker, but no filters. There were dishes, but not quite enough for 16. There were dishwasher supplies, but not enough. There was an employee to check out the property before we got in, but she was 30 minutes late and had an attitude. Overall a great experience, but getting the details right would have made it amazing.

We would have gladly sent out housekeeping to address any issues had we been made aware of a shortage on bedding or dishes. As for directions this is a cabin that is in one of our more remote locations. We do provide a starter pack on things like dishwasher supplies, however we do not supply coffee filters. We appreciate your feedback as it is vital to our future success as we learn so much from our guests that allows us to continue providing excellent customer service. girls vacation

The cabin was great. It was roomy and had a great view and was well furnished. One of the very best. The cabin is a little too high in the mountains for me and the driveway was a little scary. Overall though it was a great trip.

Majestic Views more like Majestic Pews

This experience was the worst of my life. The house is great in layout etc... hence wanting to stay there. The location is wonderful less the one lane roads with two way traffic to get there.The Cabin Stinks Literally, there was a review a month prior to our arrival claiming there was a sewer smell in the house. Take head this is legit, our stay and most of our contents were ruined by this sewer gas leak throughout the cabin. The attempts of the management company to send repair people only complicated matters as the plumber they sent busted up the concrete floors in the basement to expose raw sewage leaking from a pipe right outside under 2" of concrete he had broken out and leaking back into the cabin space creating the smell of fesis. While the plumber busted out the floor with no notice he covered all of the belongings in the closet and room with concrete dust including very expensive guitars that were near by.This could have been an isolated issue except the fact they knew about the issue and never rectified it with more then ample time to do so. This company and this house Stink and ruined my families vacation. All the while the management and ownership felt a $150 credit was appropriate. Also when you ask to speak to the owner or Supervisors they will be sick or conveniently out of the office with no cell phones and no idea of return times.This is a problem not just for my family and I and future guests, this is a problem with ownership and management who are completely uninterested in customer satisfaction. Not one time were we offered to move to another cabin. Nothing other then a plumber will be there in the next day or two.

We are sorry about the unfortunate smell. However your characterization that there was an ongoing issue that we knew about and had plenty of time to resolve is absolutely untrue. Typically a slight sewer smell can occur in homes with a septic tank when the water in a lower bathroom settles low in the pipe. It can allow some of the septic tank odors to escape. Once the toilet is flushed and water pressure returns the smell is blocked from returning. Unfortunately this situation was not the typical simple solution. After our maintenance team confirmed the smell was more than simple water pressure or anything that we could handle in-house a vendor was contacted. The vendor repaired a small crack in an air vent that was allowing septic smell into the cabin. He packed the gap with sand and eliminated the smell from entering the cabin. There was absolutely no sewage leaking into the cabin. That is patently untrue. The vendor covered all of your personal belongings to protect them from dust during his repair. The issue was remedied as quickly as possible. We understand the frustration that you experienced with this unfortunate smell that was emanating from a closet in one room. Thus the reason that we offered a refund. We are sorry that you did not accept our sincere apology.

Great Cabin!

Beautiful house and very clean! A few things to make better....towels. One set for each person to have a week should be changed. Extra towels should be kept in the house. Also only one kitchen towel in the kitchen. We cooked and of course after that we needed additional towels. Trash bag. We were only left two. 9 people were in this house and trash needed to go out almost every day and we left with no trash bags. I don’t think it would hurt to leave a roll under the counter.

We do offer services of towel exchanges during your stay, if you request it. In the future, please give us a call and we will gladly deliver new towels out to you during your stay. We provide each guest with a small complimentary starter kit for laundry, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, and trash bags. Anything after the starter pack is to be obtained by the guest. However, if were unable to purchase any at the time of need, had you let us know we would have gladly delivered more to you. Beautiful views

Beautiful cabin with great views! Met the owner of the property who was working on the place when we arrived, very friendly and helpful. Did get extra checkout time,fue to staying till 8:00 pm. Very spacious and just the right size for 6 adults. Quiet and secluded. Very happy with our stay.

Good Times

The house was nice overall, however, the basement smelled like sewage for the duration of our time at this rental. Other than that, there was no major issues. After opening a few windows the smell was a less pungent. We enjoyed the hot tub and games downstairs. The only other issues we had were with the rental company themselves, Their lack of effectiveness and communication was frustrating at times. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Majestic Views.

We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay to the fullest extent. We looked into the issues you mentioned in your review. Unfortunately, when we sent out a maintenance technician for the sewage smell you reported, they were unable to locate the smell. They went ahead and checked the plumbing within the house and were unable to locate any issues. Our staff attempts to make everyone's check in as smooth as possible. However you and your group are tax exempt. In order to be tax exempt, we are required to obtain proof of your tax exempt status. When you booked it was not obtained. We contacted you to let you know that we needed the supporting documentation in order to legally allow you to exempt from paying taxes. Again, we apologize that you had any issues during your stay and hope to see you again soon.

Gemz Getaway

The directions are TERRIBLE to get to the cabin. Once we got there we had a really good time. We were told someone was coming to put a tarp on the roof because it was leaking from the last storm, he showed up on Sat and the roof leaked really bad Sat even after the tarp was put on. However we will be coming back next year for our trip larger cabin a little closer to the ground.
