Great house for our large group!

We traveled to Pigeon Forge with a group of 26 for a church conference. The house was excellent for our group. The home slept everyone comfortably. We had traveled overnight and Eden Crest was very nice and accommodated us with an early check-in after the cleaners had finished cleaning. The house was set up perfect so that our teen girls could stay in the bunks upstairs and our teen boys stayed in bunks down and I happened to be in the bedroom above the teen boys and was pleasantly surprised how quiet it was. I could not hear any noise from downstairs! We definitely recommend and we will definitely stay again if available! This is our second year staying in an Eden Crest property and all transactions have been easy and smooth. Thanks again Eden Crest! See you next year!!

Awesome!

We were a party of 12. With 5 separate families we all had our own space. This chalet was clean, great location and lots room. We used grill to prepare supper meals and used kitchen to prepare breakfast. We had plenty of plates, silverware etc enough actually for 30 plus people. Enough room in chalet for 30 people to sleep if they don't mind sleeping on top bunk. We loved it for my entire family of twelve. Planning to take more people next time. I would highly recommend this Chalet and if not available this company Eden Crest has several more comparable. Prices are reasonable for amount of people staying all together.

pigeon forge vacation

we had five different families stay in the rental house and everyone had a good time; there was lots of room and the sleeping arrangements were great. the only downside: not enough parking!

We are sorry about your parking frustration. The parking directly in front of the chalet is limited due to the road and its immediate proximity to the pool. While not nearly as convenient as front door parking, there are several locations within the resort for additional parking. Parking at the office or across from the pool are the closest options for this chalet. We are happy that you enjoyed your stay and look forward to seeing you again soon. no code was sent to app prior to arrival. had to call and wait for door code. rooms were clean and well supplied. no problems w/ our cabin but the one next door had a busted pipe in the evening and had to help them due to maintenance refusing to come out

family cabin

The cabin was nice and price was great but parking at cabin is not big just two car for 30 people rest have to park down the hill

Youth Group Getaway

Lots of room and beds, but I was disappointed that the main shower only had hot hot water and a constant water drip that I reported to the property manager. He did not seem to concerned and he stated he could not have anyone fix it until the next day (the day we checked out). When you have 28 people to shower-it would of made life alot easier to have 4 working showers rather than 3. Not to mention during the night you could her the constant drip from the shower in both bedrooms upstairs. The pool lights never came on and when I called to ask how to get them turned on-I was told everyone had gone home for the day and this was around 800pm. Parking was also an problem for a chalet that slept 28. We had 6 cars and had to park in the road. When we arrived at the cabin the people staying in the cabin beside of us was utilizing parker space at our unit and I had to call to get the car moved. Basketball goals need nets. Alot of the areas seem like they could use renovation. I hope you will find this information helpful. As far as making the reservation-Sarah was so helpful and nice. She went above and beyond and I really appreciate her kindness and helpfulness:)

We apologize for the water drip and hot water situation for you when you reported the problem at 8 pm, the maintenance crews had already left for the day at 5:30 pm leaving only emergency maintenance calls only until the next morning. We do consider all maintenance requests high priorities and will try to get to all requests as soon as possible. Parking is widely available near the basketball courts. All basketball boards and nets are being replaced very soon with brand new ones. The entire resort was just bought by a new owner from being in bankruptcy and is in the process of being completely renovated. We especially appreciate the fact that in spite of shortcomings you are still willing to visit and recommend us to others. Thank you so much for that vote of confidence. We do strive to provide all our guests with a great vacation experience. We hope to see you again soon!

Family reunion in Tennessee

The pictures on the website didn't look like the the rooms at our rental. There were actually more beds than stated and everything looked great and was in good repair accept the dishwasher was falling out and made it difficult to load and unload. Overall very nice. At one point we had a problem with our downstairs AC so we called maintenance and they were very prompt and soon had it working properly. The rental is secluded and yet very close to all local activities. We had 26 people plus a baby and there was plenty of room , we just had to rearrange the tables. Our only complaint was the parking situation. From the picture it looks like there is plenty of room to park, however when you get there not so. This rental is for a large group but there is only room for 2-3 cars depending on what you are driving. Half of our family had to park at the bottom of the steep hill and walk to and from the rental. One annoyance was that you have to remember to call when your trash is full as there is no regular pickup times. With a large group your 2 mid size trash cans are full each day!
