Unit Pet Policy
This host has generous pet policy that includes your first pet free of charge in this pet-friendly property. If you choose to bring a second pet, the local host will collect a $50 plus tax fee prior to check-in.
Unless otherwise stated in the unit description, the maximum weight is 35 pounds and the following breeds are never allowed: Pit Bull, Rottweiler and Doberman.

Great stay, but better communication needed on site.
We had a great stay at Apple Blossom. Very clean and spacious for our party of ten. Great location. I got an alarm code in an email and in my app and it was wrong for half our stay. Our alarm was set off immediately and we had to wait for someone to be dispatched. It did not update with the correct code til later in the stay. We had one small kitchen item that was broken and submitted a request via app and it was replaced within a few hours. I would stay here again but my only suggestion is that there is no local contact. No one was ever at the front office. There needs to be a local number. We had to call several times to a 800 number and wait on hold each time. Not convenient for guests who need immediate assistance. The code for the gym also needed to be dialed in each morning and when given the codes, they did not work.

NQC Get Away
The cabin location was good and fit the description on-line. It did need some updating of furniture & kitchen cookware. We were not told ahead of time there would not be any Wi-Fi or cable connections for tv and this was an inconvenience to us. Our cell phones did not get good reception there either so we kind of felt isolated. There was no one in the office on grounds at any time and all contact had to be made at Eden Crest office several miles away. The process of getting our door code was not done as we were told; it was to be texted to us day of check in but we had to go to Eden Crest to get that too. Communication was not very good but we do understand there is a management change which could have caused some of this.

We do apologize for the disappointment you experienced while staying with us. We regret to hear that you had any issues. As you may or may not know, Smoky Mountain Christian Village went bankrupt and we recently took over as the managing company for the bank that owns Smokey Mountain Christian Village and are learning new things about the property that we are grateful for our guests to bring those issues to our attention. We did note that the Cable, Internet, and Phones was fixed on Thursday the 25th and we do apologize that they were not taken care of prior to your check in. We welcome all guests comments so that we can try to get this property back up to par and above expectations of our guests. We apologize that your stay was not all that you hoped for but wish that you would reconsider visiting us in the future and allowing one of our Vacation Planners to help you find a more suitable cabin.
Would not recommend
Checking in was a bit tedious, didn't get confirmation until 3 hrs before arrival. We're no dish cloths,towels or hairdryer.Had to borrow from maintenence guy! The evening of the fridge and freezer quit working.Took maintenance til 12pm the next day to come and tell me that they have BEEN having problems on this unit for awhile and they can't help until Monday because the vendor is closed. So we lost most our food in the fridge and a hassle to go get ice for the cooler! They should of never rented this out!!! Would love for someone to contact me about some kind of refund!!Stayed there 7/28-7/30 2016.

A GREAT STAY!
The cabin was beautiful our only problem was the upstairs one room would get to hot and the other bedroom would stay cold
