Our Mountain vacation

On the second night we had a group above us who let their children run and yell until midnight. The third night we had a group above that started yelling and running late in the afternoon and this was still going on when we came back after dinner. It graduated to loud yelling stomping and running, then they started wresleting or fighting we could tell which. We were afraid to call anyone we did'nt know what might happen if they were allowed to stay.

Wonderful

I totally underestimated the cabin we chose. I was afraid the pictures on the website were not the same as the cabin. Totally impressed with everything. All rooms were clean and well maintained. I would totally recommend this location.

Ladies Trip

The rental is nice and clean. Upon arrival code didn't work but Edencrest sent someone straight out to program another code. The only real problem we had with the unit was that the 2 main bathroom doors would not shut. Other than that very nice. Guest service very good also.

Small wedding with family

We stayed in howling moon for two nights and pinnacle view 7c for 7. We had a wonderful time. Would recommend directions to pool and fire pit in the cabin as we didn't find the fire pit at all. Also maybe a broom to tidy up after yourself. Other than that, we all had a great time. Also, lots of trash in the woods below our deck.

Extended Christmas Getaway

We decided to surprise our girls and our parents with a last minute trip to the mountains Christmas Day. The cabin was just what we were hoping for! Plenty of room for the 7 of us that went.

New years

I was very pleased with my stay at the property. The only thing that I disliked was that the last day we stayed at the property we woke up to the smell of something burning. We figured out it was the stove that would not turn off. We had to disconnect the stove from the power and I called maintenance right away. I advised them that the stove was burning internally and if they could have someone come by to fix it. I had called early in the morning and they said they would have tech come out right away. We left for the day and when we returned back to the property they had not come by to fix the unit. I called again and they said they couldn't get maintance on the phone so there was nothing they could do. We had bought groceries to cook that night our diner but were not able to. The rep on the phone told me there was nothing she could do until maintaince came which I understand but I think I could have received a call earlier in the day so we could have made other plans to eat out and not purchase groceries since we were not able to cook. The tech ended up coming at around 10 am the next morning and we were told that they would have to fix it and we could use the stove from the upstairs unit since the people renting had already left and we had to eat breakfast out. We had to check out at 11am that day so we told him we would not be using the upstairs. That is the reason I am not giving the stay a 5 stars

Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything worked perfectly! Staff was quick to respond to anything we needed. Only issue we had was the noise from the unit above but we were gone most of the time so not a big deal!

A life saver for our family!

Rented another place for our first family Thanksgiving in 14 years. When we arrived found out we could not stay there due to some problems. On Thanksgiving Day we called here and was so blessed that there was an available place. God is so good.

A very pleasant experience in Pigeon Forge

Our Condo was extremely nice, the whole family thoroughly enjoyed your facilities. It was clean, quiet, maybe a little remote but we got use to it and was glad for the peace and quiet. Probably will be back again.

Birthday vacation saved and made heavenly!

My previous experience with Eden Crest was a wonderful pleasant experience for my family and I for our first time visiting Gatlinburg and the surrounding areas. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we decided to return this year for our annual family vacation/My birthday celebration. However when making our plans for returning this year there properties had been rented out for the location we had previously stayed. We decided to go with another rental company worst decision we ever made. When we made it to the property it was early in the morning. I attempted to access the property in a rental car. I wasn't able to. Upon coming down the bottom of the car scraped the street. I was very upset about this. We were unable to access, get comfortable, or lay our heads down in a cabin we had paid for due to not being able to access the property. We ended up having to get a hotel room. Having to pay for the night in the room out of pocket. We woke later that day and contacted this rental company. They gave the information to another location for which we were still unable to access. We called the company to ask for our money because we were unable to stay at the property and wanted to go with Eden Crest. They kept giving us the run around. We called Eden Crest rental properties told them everything we had gone through they immediately got on it with trying to find us something. They found us a beautiful property, for way lesser than what we had paid the other rental company, and it they assisted us because we had gone through **** with the other rental company!
