Close to everything!

Up, Up, and Away was such an amazing cabin. The location is great and the roads are not intimidating at all. The cabin was very clean and cozy. We had a light bulb out that was fixed right away. The only problem was that the hot tub was not working. The cabin was absolutely stunning and I would recommend this cabin to all my friends and family. Eden crest did a great job keeping me up to date on check ins and location

Great little getaway

The cabin & location was great!! A broom would be great for future guest because after a few days floors need sweeping.

Family vacation

We had a great time. The only issue we had was hot was not working the first day we called the nezt morning they had someone out there to fix by 2pm. We loved the location will be staying with eden crest next year.

Cabin with a beautiful view

We stayed at this cabin the last week of June, 2017. The place is nice. It needs some improvements. The kitchen could use some more utensils and pats. We had to buy a frying pan. Just to mention the closest store is 9 miles away :) Bedroom on the main floor needs new mattress so does the sofa bed downstairs.There was not enough towels so we had to do laundry every day. The place need major deep cleaning. Carpets have to be cleaned and all the tile floors need major scrubbing so you can see the true color of the tiles. The house is beautifully decorated but I have never seen so much dust. There is no access to any cleaning supplies with the exception of the mechanical broom, which was in the kitchen and it needed to be emptied before we could use it. And no we did not call for additional cleaning - we did some cleaning ourselves. We were not going to loose several hours of our vacation to watch the cleaning service. We had to call for some repairs which were done in a timely manner. Overall we had a great time because we decided to have a great time. BTY- Wi-Fi is very poor but I guess this may be related to the location. The view from this cabin is awesome and I with some good cleaning this can be a great place to rent again.

Overall wonderful vacation cabin

We rent cabins from Edencrest every year, and this was the first cabin outside the Bears Creek Crossing subdivision we've rented. Loved the location, and the view from this cabin was EXCEPTIONAL! Cabin was clean and fully functional. My only complaints are that the security alarm code given in our welcome email was incorrect. We had to call the maintenance people to disable the security alarm. We also did not have enough serving bowls or pots to cook enough food for 6 people. Had to spread over smaller dishes & pots which was quite inconvenient. We would have preferred having access to the pool, but the listing did not promise access to the pool, so this was expected. We will definitely rent in this subdivision again, but will find a cabin with access to the pool and hope for a better-stocked kitchen. Thank you for letting us stay here.

Nice Cabin

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The view from the deck is breathtaking and the cabin was well-maintained and clean. The jacuzzi tub was a plus. However, the WiFi was extremely slow and we contacted management about this several times. We were told someone would be out to check on this. After 24 hours of not hearing anything back, we contacted Eden Crest and were told that due to the location of the cabin the WiFi was working at full-speed. I work a side job that requires me to be online for several hours a day, otherwise WiFi would not have been all that important on vacation. Also, the hot tub lost heat midway through our stay. Again, management was contacted about the situation and we were told someone would be out to look into it. Not having the hot tub working was a disappointment as it was one of the things we were looking forward to at the cabin. If someone came out, we were not notified and the heat never came back on in the tub. As a recommendation, sturdier cooking utensils would be good as the plastic spatula was unable to lift our lasagna out of the pan.

Needs some work

I understand that this is a pet friendly rental, however, the downstairs carpet is horrible. We came back to the cabin the first afternoon and we were hit with the smell of pet urine about halfway down the stairs. The carpet either needs to be cleaned regularly or should be pulled up entirely. You could look at the carpet and see the stains. Disgusting. My son wanted to play the Wii but you could only play in black and white. Something was wrong with the color. The short pool stick was broken too. The tip was not attached. The logs on top of the stairs at the kitchen are loose. Blinds were extremely dusty and one of the kitchen drawers/cabinets had a film of dust on the inside. The hot tub had serious problems heating up. If you like a cold hot tub, this place is for you. My husband and son wanted to go to the pool one afternoon. Hours are only 10-6. We were out most days and returned in the early evening. Would have loved to take a swim since it doesn't get dark until 9 pm. Same for the fitness room. The fitness room hours were from 10-6 and it was inside the lobby of the clubhouse. There was someone working in the room with all the workout equipment. The views were nice, but the cabin is extremely close to the cabins next door and below. From our deck, we could look into the cabin below and see them having dinner at the table. I understand that this cabin is in a resort, but I didn't expect to be so close to our 'neighbors'. By looking over prior reviews, I see that the hot tub and carpet is an ongoing issues. Apparently the owners don't care enough to do something about it. That's a shame.

Simply perfect.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this cabin. The views were amazing, it was spotless, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. It needs a bigger coffee pot, and I suggest that we are given check out procedures the day before. I got the text from them as we were walking out the door to head home. Also, v the rocking chairs need to be re-nailed. My brothers shirt and shorts got a hole in them from a nail sticking out. But that is all I can find to complain about. I will definitely rent from this company again! Thanks for a wonderful place to stay.

Weekend getaway

Cabin was nice, kids couldn't find the cue ball. Last day cleaning up it was found up stairs under coffee table! There was spider webs in many different places but thankful no spiders! Overall great cabin, kids enjoyed it. Thank you.

Pleasant Weekend

The cabin was the perfect size for our family of 6! The only thing was, the air unit upstairs wasn't working, and it was very warm at night for sleeping.
