Good Vacations

The cabin is in a perfect location, Excellent view, good beds, Good TVs, comfortable rooms but it have only 1 Shower for all people

Great location, picturesque views

The cabin was really an ideal setting for a secluded yet fun vacation. it is cozy and clean with all the amenities. The customer service was very responsive, Would like to recommend this to anyone who'd like to visit the smoky mountains area.

Rod Run 2017

The rental was well priced, but the main level bath had spider webs in the corners and on the light fixtures. That was the only shower/bath. The upper level had only a tub. The water smelled of sulfur and the smell permeated thru the lower level when the bath or kitchen sink was used. The floor and was filthy and our grandchild had black feet after walking over it. Our keyless entry had a dead battery and it took us at least ten or more trys to gain entry and the maintenance man took over an hour to arrive. The cabin had old appliances and it was in bad need of an update, The cabin up above us had very loud occupants and kept us awake at night

Thank you for taking your time to give us feedback about your stay. As you may or may not remember all of our calls are recorded for quality assurance. Sadly the only issues that you brought to our attention during your stay was a shortage of towels and that the front door was difficult to open. You never mentioned anything about the floors or Jacuzzi. The Jacuzzi has clearly not been used in a while and the well water had built up sediment in the jets and pipes. We would have been happy to send the cleaners back to address any concerns you may have had. They could have easily addressed any issues when they delivered towels to you. In regards to the amount of time that it took to reach you regarding the door, we are sorry that you feel that it took us too long. Our maintenance team did not treat your door issue as an emergency only because you mentioned that you were able to enter the cabin and were calling from inside. Our maintenance team made it to you as soon as possible. We also apologize for the well water smell. Unfortunately well water can have a particular scent. Allowing the water to run for a little while can help to lessen the odor. In the future please let us know you would like a cabin not on well water and we would be happy to provide that option for you. Again, thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. All concerns are taken very seriously and we apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced.

Great place for up to 8 people

8 of us stayed at this cabin as a cap off to summer. What a great cabin and view it was. The only thing that was odd was the smell of the water. Other than that, it was great. I definitely would recommend this to others!

Small Cabin on Steep Hill w/hard beds

Overall good trip not great. Cabin was to small for our Family of 5. Better than sleeping in tent and worked with our budget but we were just not comfortable in this particular cabin. I'm sure this will be fine for a smaller group who needs to watch their expenses. Parking for two vehicles only. If driving up and down steep hills bothers you than this cabin will be one that is uncomfortable for you. Bedroom down stairs had the hardest bed I've ever slept on so if you like sleeping on hard surfaces this one is for you. A few positive notes, close to Dollywood, private and Great Fireworks each night as the cabin overlooks Dollywood Them Park.

Great

The cabin was nice, we have a great timee. The only thing was the grill experience. I would suggest check the tanks after each guest.

Not as good as expected.

Alot of things were broken or beat up. Ballast missing on porch which is very dangerous for kids. No washer and dryer so more than a couple days stay is out of the question. Great location. Amazing view. The housing to hot tub was broken. The tub was clean. Water out of the only shower in the cabin smelt like eggs. Decent stay. Wouldn't recommend.

Disappointed

We were relocated to this cabin Smokey View straight up because our original cabin Beary Cozy had a water leak. To start off the Cabin is exactly that straight up the hill, the drive up the mountain side was very steep once up the family was afraid to drive down (make sure you have good breaks ) the view was wonderful but there was many down sides. The cabin was not clean, very dusty, family member got sick from the dust, noisy air conditioner, Hot tub (dirty water); Linen had better days (stains) as well lots of bugs. The water had a very bad sulfur smell you will need to bring your own drinking water. This cabin has no laundry facility.
