Poplar Point Condo Unit 12b - Pigeon Forge Condo

The house is exactly as the pictures show. It was very cute - especially as it was decorated for Christmas.

We had a very good time at the cabin and loved the pool table and arcade games. The pool game went well into the night and the women made a comeback! The beds slept well and had everything we needed. Will plan to use again !!!!

We had a wonderful time in serendipity vacation rental in smoky mountains. The house was very clean, well placed and fully equipped. Getting to there was easy and entering the house secured. The call center was very helpful and friendly. Overall we had great time.

Serendipity was a beautiful little cabin. We were staying in the community for a wedding and being able to walk down the hill was great. The cabin itself was VERY clean and so well decorated. Serenity was also equipped with everything travelers need: ironing board, iron, hair dryer, etc. The cabin was also a quick drive from all of the area attractions. Our stay was perfect!

A great location, away from the crowded areas of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, easy access to one of the back entrances to great Smoky Mountains. The cabin was clean, quaint and quiet. We were very happy with this choice, given all the rentals available in the area and us not being that familiar with the area.

It was a peaceful and relaxing weekend. The swing on the porch was nice feature.

We enjoyed the location and fireplace as much as anything. The coziness was also wonderful.My only concern is there was a layer of dust on the kitchen table and end tables, as well as plates on the kitchen table. The rest of the cabin was clean.

the cabin was o.k. we enjoyed the wood burning fireplace. there was no kindling or fire starters or hatchet to chop kindling. we thought that the maintenance could have been better overall. it didn't seem that things were ever moved to be cleaned,just cleaned around them.

This was our second stay here. The location is convenient to Pigeon Forge. Off the beaten path enough for quiet relaxation yet a few minutes drive to the "strip" where all the attractions are located. My 9 year old son enjoyed the video game machine (as did my 50 yr old husband) and the pool table. There was freshly cut firewood stacked up outside which was a nice surprise and we enjoyed the fireplace every night. There is a nice view of the mountains from the porch where I sat just about every morning on the swing and had my coffee. A couple of negatives-the upstairs bed is hard and uncomfortable however the downstairs bed is good. The housekeeping however could use some tweaking. The upstairs stall shower has mold in it as does the downstairs bathroom caulking along the tub. The furniture was a little dusty. The seats in the hot tub were slimy and there was sand grit on them which really grossed me out knowing that it probably wasn't cleaned after the last use or possibly for a while! I am pretty particular about a clean house so maybe I am a little picky but when you are paying premium rental prices I expect spotless. Overall though if the housekeeping gets their act together give Serendipity a try.

Wonderful location, very clean, wonderful people to deal with, would definitely recommend Eden Crest!
