"We loved the place... adorable, cozy cabin. looked as we expected. Hot tub was fantastic! Great cabin neighborhood near SMNP. Also very close to Dollywood - though we didn't go there. We really enjoyed everything about the place. "

Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-5 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 6-10 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 11+ bedrooms.
There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

Appearance is everything to me, the cabin was absolutely stunning, clean as clean could be, no dust anywhere, nothing broken or worn out, hot was awesome as well. Loved the gated community. Highly recommend this company!!!!

Little peace of heaven
The location is secluded but easy access to everything. The cabin is in excellent shape. The bed is comfortable. Great romantic, rustic environment. Will go again.
