Recipe: Best Pecan Pie

There is not much better than a classic Pecan Pie. This recipe is super easy and so delicious. It’s the perfect sweet treat for fall!

Preheat oven to 350° F



  • 1 cup Karo Light Corn Syrup
  • 3 eggs
  • 1-ounce Rum of choice
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups pecans 
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch deep-dish pie crust (We love Pillsbury crusts!)


  • Stir the Corn syrup, eggs, Rum, sugar, and butter together with a spoon. 

  • Add in pecans and mix well. 

  • Pour into Pie Crust.

  • Bake on center rack of the oven for 60-70 minutes or until center reaches 200° F

  • Cool for 2 hours.

  • Store pie in refrigerator. 

We recommended serving a bit warm with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream on top…YUM!
