A Full Three-Days of Fun Starts October 15th, 2021

The Monsters on the Mountain classic rock fest kicks off on Friday, October 15th, 2021. The fun will run through the whole weekend, ending late on Sunday, the 17th.

Each day, the tailgate area opens up at 12pm sharp to let you get ready for the fun and excitement. Then, at 3 pm, the concert doors open and the performs start coming out on stage to strut their stuff.

The Great Smoky Mountains Create a Beautiful Setting

Across all three days, all the classic rock performances and other activities will occur at the LeConte Center at Pigeon Forge. Set right off Teaster Lane, this venue offers phenomenal views of the Smokies plus puts you near all the best attractions in Pigeon Forge, including The Island. The cool mountain air flows through the area like magic, creating a chill vibe that sets the stage for a wonderful show.

Since all the areas across the venue are at ground level, this venue is ADA accessible, making it easy to get around and enjoy the show while using mobility devices, including wheelchairs. Beyond that, the main doors have an automatic opening switch and the bathrooms have designated accessible stalls.

Popular Classic Rock Musicians Promise to Wow the Crowds

At the heart of the Monsters on the Mountain event are all the classic rock musicians ready to wow the crowds, including:

  • Vince Neil
  • Tesla
  • Night Ranger
  • Winger

They are still creating the concert schedule for all three days, but most musicians are expected to perform more than once.

On top of the main headliners, many other rockstars will come through to fill the gaps and keep the music going well into the night. You’re likely to get the opportunity to see all your idols play their best sets while finding new favorites along the way.

The Rock ‘N’ Roll Market Offers Shopping Opportunities Galore

You simply cannot walk away from the classic rock festival of the year without swag to commemorate your adventure. Thankfully, there’s not even a chance of that happening since the rock ‘n’ roll market will undoubtedly have you swooning over souvenirs.

All your favorite artists will have their gear up for grabs at the vendor booths, including t-shirts, hats, and stickers galore. The vendors are still building up their inventories, so their offerings are kept secret at this time. But that just means that it’ll be a nice surprise once you arrive at the market ready to shop your heart out.

Interactive Fan Area with a Beer Garden, Games, and More

Alongside the market, the venue will host an interactive fan area where you can kick back, relax, and have a great time. At the center of the fan area, you will find a huge beer garden featuring all the best local and domestic brews plus plenty of excellent wine selections.

In between sets, you can chill there while getting in a drink or two to fuel up for more fun in the coming hours. Or you can visit the coffee shops, burger places, and other eateries inside the LeConte Center or use your in and out privileges to zip on over to Pigeon Forge for a bite to eat.

If you’re feeling a bit energized, you can play games with your fellow festivalgoers or even try to snag an autograph as artists come through to see their loyal fans. They will also have free wi-fi available across the venue, so you can post your photos on social media or just kick around the internet while waiting for the next musician to hit the stage.
