The middle level offers a den with a gas fireplace, flat screen television and comfortable couch and loveseat. Gather the group together for a friendly game around the game table. This level offers 2 king-sized bedrooms. Step out for a breath of fresh air with deck access from the den.
The lower level is where the fun is kept! Laugh and play in the game room stocked with a pool table, Pac Man, darts, and air hockey. Venture out to the covered deck to soak in the private hot tub while enjoying the majestic views of the Smoky Mountains all around you. For properties with 1 to 3 bedrooms
If a cancellation request is received at least 30 days prior to the scheduled checkin date, a full refund minus the Reservation Fee will be processed.
If a cancellation request is received between 15 and 29 days prior to the scheduled checkin date, the deposit shall be nonrefundable.
If a cancellation request is received fewer than 15 days prior to the scheduled checkin date, there will be no refund.
For properties with 4 or more bedrooms
If a cancellation request is received at least 60 days prior to the scheduled checkin date, a full refund minus the Reservation Fee will be processed.
If a cancellation request is received between 30 and 59 days prior to the scheduled checkin date, the deposit shall be nonrefundable.
If a cancellation request is received fewer than 30 days prior to the scheduled checkin date, there will be no refund.
