The one thing I really liked was being up in the woods and the peace and quiet. The cabin was a little disappointing. I read there were 2 full baths. A garden tun wasnâ€™t my idea of full bath. I canâ€™t take baths. Kneeling to take a shower was terrible. No internet service in this day and age is unheard of. We couldnâ€™t find information or order tickets because of this. You should probably tell people the connection on phones is not very good. The bed on the main floor was the worst I have ever slept in. It squeezed and made terrible noises every time you turned over or moved a body part. The back screen door was off the track. Couldnâ€™t leave the door open. When u flushed the toilets you could smell a sewer smell. My husband thought you may have had a hole in the stack. Also the directions to the cabin from the gate weeenr very clear. Said to turn right on stepping stone. There were 1 signs for stepping stone. You should put in the directions to go on the gravel road. Also the unfriendly guy that checked ya in was terrible. Said we didnâ€™t have reservations. Knowing the service is terrible there he should have called the office and straightened it out instead he was RUDE and said you will probably have to go to the entrance to get service. I wasnâ€™t impressed by him at all. Mark was his name and he should work the 3rd shift not first because he wasnâ€™t a people kind of guy.

All group stays (2 or more cabins), 4 bedroom stays and larger, and stays totaling $1200.00 or more must prepay their stay 30 days in advance. No refunds or changes for cancellation of these stays.
Other than those listed above, you can cancel or change your reservations with this host. Cancellation must be at least 30 days prior to arrival in writing. A $120 cancellation fee is deducted from prepayment, no exceptions. There are no refunds or cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival for any reason. All stays are prepaid 30 days prior to your arrival.
To change a confirmed reservation, you must give at least a 30 day notice to the host and stay within 6 months of original arrival date. A $35 fee will be charged and your stay must be prepaid in full and no refund if reservation is cancelled. Reservations that are changed with the host cannot be changed or cancelled for any reason. No credit will be issued for unused portions of time in case of late arrival or early departure.
