Thank you for contacting us when you discovered the issue with the hot water heater. We were under the assumption that the issue was resolved once the technician completed the repair on the first visit. We were not aware it was an ongoing issue until the second report on the morning of departure. We are happy to see that it was fully resolved on the second visit, with no further reports since the work was completed. We certainly understand this was an inconvenience and hope you agree that the compensation issued was a fair resolution. We can assure you this was an isolated event, it is not indicative of a normal stay. We are not sure what type of bugs were found at the cabin, as we did not receive any report regarding this. Each of the cabins are professionally treated by our local pest control company. We take all steps needed to ensure that every cabin is pest free. Even with regular treatment, due to the wooded areas around the cabins, from time to time some bugs can come inside. We will have it retreated immediately to ensure that a comfortable environment is maintained. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience experienced and hope you will consider giving us another chance to show you what a true 5-Star experience consists of.
