Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us Alisha. Your statement alarms us. All of our cabins have central air and heat throughout each level of each cabin. We would not rent a cabin that was not heated throughout. We are confused by this statement, as this was not reported during your stay. In fact, we have not received any reports of an issue with the heating or cooling in Lumberjack Lodge, by you or by any other guest. As a family based company we could not sleep at night knowing that children, or any of our guests, were subjected to those types of temperatures. We provide 24/7 guest assistance along with on-site maintenance. Any report of this type would be responded to within moments of our being made aware. After further review, we do see where a late check-out fee was charged on the day of your departure. We hope you understand that we do not want to charge additional fees. After multiple trips made by our housekeepers the fee was enforced after we were notified you were still at the cabin four hours after our standard check-out. Again, we were not notified of any issues that would delay your departure to this extent. We are always happy to extend a late check-out when needed with proper notification as long as it will not delay the arrival time of the next guest. We are sorry you were disappointed with your stay, however, do not feel that your feedback truly represents the quality of cabins we offer to our guests.
