Thank you for sharing your experience with us, Yariela. We are sorry to hear you were disappointed in your stay. We can assure you, the sheets were not very old. Our linens are updated often and any that do not meet our standards are discarded. The detergents our laundry department uses to launder the linens do not include fragrances, as many of our guest have allergies. Although they do not include fragrance, we can assure you, they smell clean when they are delivered to the cabin prior to your arrival. The television in the main living room is a flat-screen television, however, the televisions in the bedrooms are older type televisions. This is clearly advertised in the pictures on our website. The tree you are referring to is pictured as well. It was not meant as a Christmas tree, as this cabin was not advertised as being decorated for Christmas. Not all of our guests celebrate Christmas and we as a company try to make sure our guests are comfortable regardless of their individual beliefs. We offer a variety of cabins that are decorated for the holidays, as well as a variety of cabins that are not. We welcome our guests to put up an artificial tree if they choose during their stay if their individual cabin will not be decorated. We take pride in ensuring that all aspects of the cabin are advertised so that our guests are aware of each and every amenity offered. We provide 24/7 guest assistance to ensure that any need that arises can be handled quickly. We welcome the opportunity to correct any issue that arises if given the chance.
