After two years of leaving the community on the edge of their seats in eager anticipation, Chicken Guy has finally opened in Downtown Gatlinburg. And it’s everything everyone had hoped for – and more. As one of the newest Guy Fieri productions, the essence of Flavortown flows through every meal they serve. Their winning formula revolves around serving pure chicken goodness and all the best mouth-watering sides to match.

They don’t stop there either. Chicken Guy takes their flavors to the next level by offering 22 tantalizing sauces. Ranging from Ranchero and Teriyaki to Nashville Hot Honey and Habanero Hot Sauce, each one breathes new life into your chicken strips and sandwiches, allowing you to go on a new culinary journey at every visit. For the trademark Guy dining experience, don’t forget to try the Donkey Sauce, a surprisingly good mix of mayo, roasted garlic, mustard, Worcestershire, and lemon.

To get a taste of their fantastic chicken and more, you just have to take a jaunt down the Parkway. The Chicken Guy restaurant sits right in the middle of all the action, giving you a place to kick back and relax between all your adventures. As you walk through the doors, you’ll instantly delight in the industrial aesthetic and clever décor, including their sassy chicken logo emblazoned across the wall. From there, you just have to walk up to the front counter, put in your order, and wait for the magic to happen.

At each visit, you have your choice of chicken tenders, signature sandwiches, salad bowls, and sides, including their loaded fries and mac and cheese built for sharing. All their fried chicken gets hand-pounded, coated in a flavorful breading, and dipped in the deep fryer until crisp. Want it a little lighter? Get grilled chicken instead. Their sides are equally well-made, ensuring you get the best flavor experience possible. If you’d like to pair your chicken with a sweet treat, bring it all together with a Flavortown milkshake, like their incredible Triple Double Mint.

The top menu items at Chicken Guy! include:

Chicken Tenders
Available in three- and five-piece batches, their Chicken Tenders always hit the spot. You can get yours fried with their classic breading or grilled with plenty of seasoning. Either way, they give you two signature sauces of your choice alongside.

Southwestern Sandwich
For a unique explosion of flavor in every bite, go with the Southwestern Sandwich. They create this masterpiece by placing two crispy fried tenders on a robust bun. Then, they add pepper jack cheese, black beans, charred corn, roasted peppers, tomatoes, lettuce, and tortilla strips. Their special sauce, cumin lime mojo, and avocado crèma bring it all together right before serving.

BBQ Chopped Chicken
If you’d like a light meal that doesn’t skimp on the flavor, treat yourself to their BBQ Chopped Chicken salad bowl. Available with either grilled or crispy fried chicken, this salad begins with a bed of romaine and slaw. Then, they add your chicken and top it with black beans, tomatoes, and tortilla strips. Alongside, you get their buttermilk ranch and bourbon brown sugar BBQ sauces to add to your liking.
