This two bedroom, two bath, comfortably appointed condo is decorated in a mountain lodge theme. The king bedroom with attached bath has outside access to the covered porch. A second queen bedroom with separate bath, and a sleeper sofa offer accommodations for up to 6 guests Snuggle up to the real wood burning, stone fireplace and watch a movie on the flat screen TV, or soak in the view of the mountain foliage from the covered back deck while you sit around the coffee table on the patio. With access to three Chalet Village owners clubs, including one located directly next to the condo, you can also enjoy a variety of swimming pools, playgrounds, and tennis courts during your stay. No matter your pleasure, HIGH ALPINE offers something for everyone!

This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking, unless same week arrival.

Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify the host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if canceled in less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-3 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 4-7 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 8+ bedrooms.

There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

We truly enjoyed our stay at High Alpine with American Patriot Getaways. Check in and check out were super easy. We really enjoyed our stay! We will for sure use them again. When we called to make our reservation they were so friendly and helpful.

Enjoyed our stay and the ...

Enjoyed our stay and the condo was very comfortable for 4 of us. Also had a good size porch. Even though it was May, wish we could have used the fireplace as it was still cool at night especially for Florida people. Have already recommended American Patriot Getaways to other people as everyone was friendly and helpful.
