This condominium offers all the comforts for a relaxing visit to the Smokies. The master bedroom has one king bed and the guest bedroom has two queen beds.The upstairs loft has one queen bed and one twin bed. Downstairs in the living area there is a queen sleeper sofa. The master bath has a step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The downstairs guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Upstairs the loft has a full bath with a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

Love Park Place
We have stayed here the past 4 years. We do a family fall trip to the Smokies every year. Park Place is perfect, close to strip but private too.

Perfect Accommodation And Location.
Easy check in. Our three bedroom was huge plus it had three bathrooms including a whirlpool tub. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was large and had everything we needed. We loved the large covered porch overlooking the stream. We could see fish swimming there it was so clear. The condo was immaculately clean. The great room was large with

Park Place Condos
It was nice and spacious. Two full bedrooms with bathrooms and a loft with a queen and a twin with a full bathroom also. We really loved the balcony and listening to the river.. Spacious living room and kitchen was stocked with refrigerator, dishwasher and stove. We enjoyed our stay so much. We were 2 blocks from the middle of town. Which you can easily walk to.
Ladies Weekend
We had a great time and the condo was perfect for our group of 7 ladies. It was clean and we had everything we needed. This was our 5th time staying there and we really enjoy the convenience of staying at Park Place.
