This condominium offers all the comforts for a relaxing visit to the Smokies. The master bedroom has one king bed and the downstairs guest bedroom has two queen beds. Upstairs in the loft there is one queen bed and one twin bed. The downstairs living area has a queen sofa sleeper. The master bath has a step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Upstairs the loft has a full bath with a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

Spring Break Trip
The location of the condo was great. We used the Gatlinburg Bypass and didn’t have to deal with driving trough the town traffic at all. We were able to easily walk to downtown, and felt comfortable letting our teens do so alone. Condo was clean. It’s been updated since the photos were taken. It now has new vinyl plank flooring, which makes it seem so much more updated and brighter than the online photos. We didn’t cook any huge meals, but it had all we needed for breakfast and lunches. If I were staying for longer and planned on cooking, I would probably bring a few of my favorite pots and pans.
Gatlinburg Condominium
Our stay at the Park Place condos was very nice. The condo was clean and had everything that we needed. It was very comfortable for our family of ten. The place is within walking distance of all of the restaurants and attractions in downtown Gatlinburg. It is also only a two mile hike to the Sugar Land visitors center. I would highly recommend this condo.
Great Stay!
I had rented 2-3 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms condos. Extremely spacious, nice, and a block off the main parkway with everything in walking distance. The river was very calming. Oh, we got an added treat, a bear walking along the creek. The staff was just great, hence "A GREAT Stay" as the review title.

Great location. Good parking undercover. Beds were very comfortable. Have stayed there several times before. Definitely recommend.
Great Place For Family Getaway
Great rental close enough to walk to anything and everywhere we wanted to go. Clean rental, needs updating but can take that because it was clean. Staff so nice and helpful, willing to answer any and all questions. Would definitely stay again!
Nice Conference Location
We have stayed here several times until Covid hit and we were proud to get to come back!
