This condominium offers all the comforts for a relaxing visit to the Smokies. The master bedroom has one king bed and the guest bedroom has two queen beds. The living area has a queen size sofa bed. Upstairs in the loft there is one queen bed and a set of bunk beds. The master bath has a step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The downstairs guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Upstairs in the loft there is a full bath with a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

Perfect For Hiking Groups
This condo was perfect for our hiking group of 10 people. The condo could use a facelift and some upgrades but we would still stay there again. It’s located on the park end of Gatlinburg which is very convenient to the trails we used. A few suggestions for a more comfortable stay would be to have better sun blackout blinds in the guest bedroom and a light over the mirror in the upstairs bathroom would make it easier to see. All the vents need a good cleaning as do the baseboards throughout. There was a leak under the sink in the guest bathroom but a phone call to the front desk was all it took to get that fixed fast. We enjoyed sitting outside on the large balcony overlooking the river.

Beautiful Place And Convenient Location
Had a great stay here. The condo was clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed. The balcony view was wonderful. The location offered easy access to the Smoky Mountains National Park, the Gatlinburg Bypass, and perfect for hitting the Gatlinburg strip every evening. From now on, these condos will be our first choice any time we are staying in Gatlinburg.

Always love staying here, so much space and possibilities. Holds a great number to sleep and even more for dinner. Was a nice home away from home.
We Love Park Place On The River
We really like the location, it is walking distance to everything in Gatlinburg and still have the convenience of cooking your own meals. We take our employees with us and with a 4 Bedroom Condo, everyone has their own personal space.
