Clean Roomy And Great Location
Condo 402 we had plenty of room. Clean with all the amenities. Close to the park entrance made it easy to get to our hiking trails. Close to the parkway Within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants.
They were doing updates while we were there on the balconies and it was messy outside. The pool was good enough but we were disappointed in the condition of the hot tub. It was in need of repair.

This unit needs some TLC. Broken deck chair, dishwasher not leveled, coffee pot slow to drip, hot water limited in showers, general maintenance on furniture and fixtures. A shame as the location and upside river view is great. Also, interesting back yard neighbors and not in a good way.

It was exactly what we were looking for! We have stayed at this location multiple times! Perfect size for our family and everything is within walking distance for us.

Perfect Location
Check in and out was very convenient. Room was better than we expected. It fit our group very well for what we needed and I would definitely stay again. Guest room beds were a little hard, could use new mattresses or mattress toppers. Beautiful river view off back balcony. Great weekend get-away!

Will Not Stay There Again!
This unit needs a good scrubbing. Grout in foyer is black, couch is broken down, loft bathroom was disgusting and linens in loft smelled like urine.

Great Parade Weekend
Our unit was nice and clean. Still the original build and an update for a bigger shower in the master bath would be great. All the beds were nice but the upstairs bed definitely needs a new mattress. Thank you for allowing the use of you unit. The staff is awesome and so easy and wonderful to work with every year.

Winter Conference 2018
Your places are looking very run down. There were broken chairs and couches when we got there. The water pressure is so low it is almost impossible to get cleaned off.

Great Place To Stay!
Returned to Park Place because it's such a wonderful place to stay. The location cannot be beat. We've stayed in many of the condos and they vary some due to the different owners. We've never been disappointed or had any issues. And Donna is always so wonderful to work with!
