Level Two, Great River View - 211 - Gatlinburg Condo

The condo was nice and cozy. The location is great for walking the strip, and getting in and out of the park or up to Ober was really convenient. The staff was friendly and courteous. This was my second time staying here, and I will stay here again.

We have stayed several time previously at Park Place Condominiums and they never disappoint. Within walking distance to the strip, clean and wonderfully maintained, everything you could ask for in your home away from home. Customer service is excellent. We have recommended Park Place Condominiums to anyone going to Gatlinburg. We love walking the strip, eating at two of our favorite restaurants, Howards and The Best, and going to Old Smokey Holler for a relaxing evening in the rocking chairs and listening to bluegrass & country music every night. We just came home yesterday but already have our reservations made for November/December so we can be there for the Christmas Parade.

We have been staying at Park Place on and off for years. I booked two condos for next year before we left.

Arrived late and check-in was a breeze. Condo was clean and a good size. It would have been nice to have at least one serving of coffee for the next morning. Also would be nice to have a stool in the bathroom for putting makeup on for people with back issues and a little aged!

We had a wonderful time quiet beautiful area near everything to walk to or ride the trolley! Hope to go back again one day!

Loved staying there but it needs a new mattress in the master bedroom. I kept falling into a sink hole in the bed...

The property is in an ideal site. We enjoyed our view of the river and the sound of the water was very relaxing. We also had a private balcony. There was a short walk to Bennett's (which we love) because when it's time to eat you want it quick. Our only problem was someone brought their little dog who yapped incessantly for half of one day. Please folks keep your pet content so it will not disturb other guests. Other than that we will definitely return to our home away from home!

We have been staying at Park Place for several years. We always have a very pleasant stay. The units while somewhat dated are always clean and well - maintained. We absolutely love sitting on the balcony enjoying the sound of the river. We enjoy the feeling of seclusion yet while being near restaurants and shops.
