The master bath as a step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

Park Place Condo #206 Gatlinburg
We wanted to stay within walking distance to the parkway in downtown Gatlinburg for the Christmas Parade....Park Place was only two short blocks from Red Light #10. Perfect location! We stayed in room 206 which was perfect for our party of 6 adults. No problem with the room at all. Everyone loved the creek that was directly below our balcony. The management was very friendly and courteous. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Most of the parking was covered which was a plus since it did rain off and on during our stay. We will stay here again in the future for sure.
Much Needed Getaway
We enjoy it very much, loved being on the water, it’s pet friendly and very spacious. Walking distance to everything. We will stay here again. The master bedroom could use some new mattress. ��

Park Place Condo Stay
It was exactly as pictured and described. Great location- just 1.5 blocks from red light 10 in Gatlinburg. Based on traffic, it was perfect to get to River Road for parking or to use the Gatlinburg Bypass. It was close to everything yet secluded by woods and beautiful stream view from balcony.
Best Condos In Gatlinburg For Location And Price
I stay here every year. I used to stay up in the mountains in the chalets but I love the easy access to the strip and just being able to walk there. Especially if you plan on partying at night. The streets going up the hill at night are horrible in my opinion. The place is always clean, might not look that way from the inside but they are. Plenty of space and I have not had any problems there. They are always so nice especially Donna. You also cant beat the price for the location and what you are getting either. We love getting the ones with the river view. It is really nice to sit out on the porch and just listen to it.
