Description

This condominium offers all the comforts for a relaxing visit to the Smokies. The master bedroom has one king bed and the guest bedroom has two queen beds. The master bath as a step in shower and a large jetted tub. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

Park Place Condo Stay

It was exactly as pictured and described. Great location- just 1.5 blocks from red light 10 in Gatlinburg. Based on traffic, it was perfect to get to River Road for parking or to use the Gatlinburg Bypass. It was close to everything yet secluded by woods and beautiful stream view from balcony.

July Visit

We love the spaciousness of the condo and especially the stream outside. the condos are still very much 1980's style and could be updated. But we realize that would probably make them much more expensive so we just enjoy as they are. and they are always very very clean.

The Environment Is Good And The Room Is Spacious And Clean

The environment is good. At the foot of the Great Smoky Mountain, on the side of the river. we can see wild ducks. The room is spacious and clean. A good choice.
