Description

This condominium offers all the comforts for a relaxing visit to the Smokies. The master bedroom has one king bed, the guest bedroom has one queen bed and a bunk bed with a full on the lower level and a twin on the top level.. The master bath has a step in shower and a large jetted tub. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

Great Place!

Whoa!Whoa!By The River.

It was such a delight to hear the sound of the water cascading day and night. The sound from the river was very relaxing and refreshing. The room decor was beautiful. My family had a BLAST.

Great Place But Puzzling

You may not be impressed by the outer facade, but it is what is on the inside that counts as they say. Our suite was clean, everything worked and the office people are wonderful. Bed was very comfortable and I slept through each night without waking up, unlike at home. I need a new mattress. Only disappointment was when I handed house cleaning woman $20 in advance, asking her if she would be cleaning our room daily. She said yes, but never showed up.

Spring Vacation Stay

The room we stayed in was very nice and clean. Updated and modern. We love staying here and stay at least twice a year. The location of Park Place Condominiums is ideal, because you are right outside of the hustle and crowd of the strip, but are within walking distance of it. This allows you to experience the best of both worlds, the Gatlinburg shops and the peace and beauty of nature.

2nd Year At Park Place

We really like Park Place Condos. Has a full kitchen and 2 beds/2 baths. Very spacious. Much better then a hotel room. I love the sound of the river running next to the condos. Very relaxing.
My only complaint would be the water pressure in the master bathroom. We will come back next year.
