Description

This condominium offers all the comforts for a relaxing visit to the Smokies. The master bedroom has one king bed and the guest bedroom has two queen beds. The master bath as a step in shower and a large jetted tub. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

Unit 202

Unit 202 needed a good cleaning and complete and thorough going through and fixing all the problems like toilet seat broke lightbulbs out door knobs loose couch bad shape, fridge and microwave light not working. The cart that you use to move luggage to and from the car was malfunctioning the wheels were sticking it wouldn’t turn. It just needs some proper management and supervision. It just appears to have been ignored for quite some time.

My family and I have been coming there for years and we are very loyal customers.

Room 202

Great location. We have stayed here numerous times and have always had great experience. This year was a little different only due to it nkt being as clean as it normally is but nothing that would stop me from staying again.

Reviewing Stay For 2nd Time!

Our condo was clean, but the kitchen utensils were dirty with egg stuck to the pans and kitchen gadgets. We did not want to cook anything due to being unsure how things were sanitized. Also, the workout room was very dirty.

Horrible Stay

HORRIBLE, no hot water, no clean towels, no aware there is not TV in second bedroom. TV in master bedroom is extremely small. Dresser was broken, bed uncomfortable, pillows very flat. Jets in Jacuzzi didn't work. I will never stay again

Family Trip To Gatlinburg

Overall Park Place Condos was good. Location was great. We could walk. The bed in the maser bedroom needed replacing as well as the sheets. Also the shower needed some work. We had to buy a hair dryer because one was not provided. The condo was clean which is extremely important to me. The view was awesome and private.

Great Place To Stay When Away From Home.

Quiet, peaceful and very comfortable. No problems with the 2 bedrooms . Floor plan was great.Clean rooms. It was like a home away from home.
