Description

This condominium offers all the comforts for a relaxing visit to the Smokies. The master bedroom has one king bed and the guest also has one king bed. The master bath as a step in shower and a large jetted tub. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

Winter Weekend Getaway

Our family rented unit 105 to meet up and visit for Christmas. Very clean room with a great view of the river that offered soothing water sounds in the master bedroom. Got to sit by the gas fireplace watching the snow fall in the river.

Overall We Had A Great Time. The Location Was Fantastic.

The room was great. Being able to hear the sound of the river everyday was out of this world . The only downside to the room was the carpet was extremely dirty. I was afraid to go shoeless.

Short Get Away

the condo is in a good location, we had an updated unit which was really nice. the tv in the bedroom needs to be a little bigger and the shower in the master bedroom could be bigger but other than those 2 things we loved it

Short Relaxing Visit

This was a nice place. Met and exceeded our expectations for two couples needing to relax. We did not have any problems pulling in and out of the parking area, but be very careful when pulling out of/into the drive as it is on a curve. The only suggestion I would make is that the some general maintenance would greatly improve the general feel of the place, but is a very nice place.

Location 5 Stars, Condo 2 Stars

We’ve stayed at this complex before and loved it. We stayed in 105 this time and we’re disappointed. Very dated, to the point of wallpaper pealing in areas and carpet stains everywhere. Water stains on the ceiling, huge crack in the wall in the guest bedroom, and tub in master bath dripped constantly. Washing machine worked inconsistently and the cover on A/C thermostat was broken. Sliding doors to balcony also need greasing or some sort of repair desperately. Would stay in this complex again, but not this condo.

My Favorite Place To Stay In Gatlinburg

I've stayed at Park Place for over 20 years when visiting Gatlinburg. The location is great. The units are nice and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend a stay at Park Place to anyone visiting Gatlinburg.

Great Fall Break In Smokies

Wonderful experience. Everyone was very kind and considerate. We had stayed there when our children were little. Decided to go back and enjoy a fun filled trip.
