Level One, Great River View - 107 - Gatlinburg Condo

A great area. The rental was clean. The couches are very worn and should be replaced. The carpet is stained and should be replaced with new carpet or flooring.

Convenient location providing a relaxing environment.

Booking the condo was very easy. It was a clean, spacious unit. I appreciated its location in proximity to downtown Gatlinburg (within walking distance). The balcony was gorgeous, even though it rained all weekend. Our children were still able to watch the water rushing by underneath us! It was great!

Very clean and loved being by the river.

We stay here most of the time if available. Great location to walk to all events . Great views of the creek.

View from balcony was great. However the condo could use updating of furnishings and a good cleaning. Asked at front desk to have couches swept but they never came and swept them. Also Jacuzzi was dirty so did not get to use like we had hoped.

Great view, great area, great condo. I really have no complaints about place. This was my second stay and will return. Easy access to the parkway. Walking distance to the entrance of the Great Smoky Mountains. Walking trails, fishing and etc. early raisers will see a bear.

Overall, 4.8 out of five. A couple of things that would make it better for 107, a dish drain, a luggage stand, and Maintence should inspect toilets and make sure they flush correctly.
Other than that it was a perfect location and comfortable stay.

The experience was pretty good 2 nights people stomped on and off for 4 hrs. But, after midnight they quit so we could sleep. They were above us. Oh, well it happens. Other wise a good experience.

The unit was outdated; however, it was a comfortable stay. The master bed was very comfortable; however, the second bed was definitely dated and hard. The master bath shower door would not stay closed and we could not get the knob to turn to hot water. The location was perfect and for the cost it was a pleasant stay. We would definitely stay again.
