Flexibility Appreciated
We have stayed at Park Place for years and after a change of plans while we were in north Georgia, we called for a one night stay on the way home. They had a minimum two night stay during peak leaf season, but we thought it was worth a call since it was mid-week. They were great in getting us a room and everything was perfect.
Excellent Place To Stay!
This was my family’s first time visiting Gatlinburg. We opted for a condo instead of a hotel. Park Place was absolutely perfect! It is walking distance to the strip. It has a beautiful view. It was clean. It was affordable. The staff are so kind and helpful. We have decided this is where we will always stay when we visit Gatlinburg.

Room #102, Just Excellent, all we needed was in Suite. Creekside view was Beautiful.
