This condominium offers all the comforts for a relaxing visit to the Smokies. The master bedroom has one king bed and the guest bedroom has one queen bed and one set of bunk beds. The master bath as a step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

Excellent Location, Clean Rooms, Quiet But Can Walk To Everything
Clean, quiet and roomy. Fireplace and balcony are nice and unlike some balconys, this one feels private and has excellent views of the creek. Washer and dryer in room are a plus. Was able to walk to Gatlinburg and also walk to the trailhead for hiking in the GSM park. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.

The condo we stayed was good. It’s got nice water streams running and pretty comfortable. Hot water was not coming unless we wait for 5 plus minutes but since it’s summer that’s not an issue. Overall recommend this place.
Great Location!
We loved our stay! We stayed in room 110. We had two adults and three kids and this was a great size. The location is amazing - you can walk to downtown Gatlinburg which is great because traffic is crazy and parking is expensive. The pool is nice to have as well. We would stay again!
River Balcony And Great Location
The condo overlooks the pigeon river; we spent hours on the private balcony. The location is tremendous in that you are on the edge of Gatlinburg in easy walking distance to the entrance trail into to GSMNP. A nice flat river trail. At the same time, you are also in walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg. We like this convenience of being close to town but not too close.
