With a convenient location to the entrance of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, downtown Gatlinburg shopping and attractions, and only a half block from the Gatlinburg Convention Center, this new complex has it all! Summit Manor offers beautiful Smoky Mountain and downtown Gatlinburg views, walking proximity to downtown area attractions, and luxurious accommodations.

Summit Manor Condominiums are the newest condominiums in Gatlinburg available for overnight rental (completed in 2007). In addition to upscale accommodations, we can also offer you meeting or convention space for large groups or weddings, including full service catering for your special occasion or business meetings.

Cancellation Policy

This host requires only the first nights rent or 50% deposit is required to make a reservation. However, reservations can't be canceled with this host. No refunds. Should you need to change your dates or cancel, you can reschedule your reservation any time with no penalty with this host as long as the change is processed at least 30 days in advance of your stay. The deposit is placed in escrow, to be held for 2 years, for a future reservation. For reservations canceled inside 30 days, the deposit is forfeited unless the host is able to replace the reservation with another booking. Inside 7 days, the guest is responsible for the amount of the entire stay unless the host is able to replace the reservation with another booking at the same rate. No exceptions to the cancellation policy can be made for weather, health related reasons, or family emergencies. You will be given a cancellation number at the point of cancellation. If your reservation deposit is placed into escrow, the money will be available for 2 years from the date of cancellation to be used as a deposit for another reservation directly with the host. If there are future concerns regarding the reservation you will need to have your cancellation number available.

Vacation Time

Location was great,price was even greater, but condo did need some repairs, couch tore, sink in bathroom stopped up and nowhere to put your soap or shampoo in shower, beds were very comfortable, I own a mattress store,so know very well when mattresses are good. Overall would definitely stay again.

A Great Place from Home

My wife, Kim and i decideed to take a long weekend from everything and stayed at Summit Manor and loved it. Very convenient, comfortable and could not ask for a more professional staff than theirs. Recommended highly.

Worst check in experience in my life

Booked 6 days with vacastay..100%pleased with them. I called them to add an additional day waswas told to call Summit manor direct and they would handle. I called made reservations . I was emailed confirmation from christen Key on 4-09-18 confirmation number TPDW2. We arrived at 5pm. We presented the confirmation email. We were told their computer did not include the extra day. I was told they go by their computer and did not care what my confirmation said. Was told there are 100% booked and we should ride around and look for a place to stay. I explained my special needs 3 year old grand daughter was with us and has a feeding tube and a trach and requires a venterlater to sleep. I was refused any help in finding a place to stay. Asked to speak with mgr was told no way to contact and refused to give me his name. Hunter the maintenance supervisor over heard us and assisted us in finding a place to stay. We stayed at park vaster but had to check out at 11am. I called Summit Manor several times and was told They would have a mgr call me.After 9 phone calls in 6 days I held on until I spoke with Bryan the mgr of the Quality Inn. I enplaind my situation and was told he would look into and see if vacastay would adjust my bill. I explain they did everything correct and Summit Manor rentals was the culprit not only costing me 650.00 but I spend my day checking in out and then in.we also had to unpack ,pack and then unpack again because of the equipment required for my special needs grand daughter. The whole day was waster plus we had to eat out for dinner and breakfast. We had ice chest full of food for the week but had no place to cook it. Bryan said he woul call me bac. I was in the Mountains and missed his call. I called back and left messages several times. I called again and was told he was off the week end and Monday . I called 2 more times and sent him an email. It’s been 5 days and still no response. Please call me at 504-715- 8852 and I can explain better .

Perfect in every Way

First of all, this is an absolutely perfect place! Location where you can walk everywhere. Staff was super helpful and friendly. The condo was gorgeous, clean and wonderful views! We will definitely stay again!

Summit Manor

Everything was good for the most part. We rented 4 rooms. Rooms were nice, except a couple of bathrooms were gross. One had a lot of mold in it and we called and they came and clean it up. One tub didn't drain. Also, I found out that one of our rooms was separated into another building at check in. I was told on the phone when I reserved the room that they would all be in the same building.
