Located in the heart of Gatlinburg's famous Chalet Village you won't find any gofers here, but keep your eye and you may just see one of our local black bears! With quick access back to Gatlinburg and just a short drive to Pigeon Forge, you'll be close to all the action when you stay at BUSHWOOD LODGE. This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking, unless same week arrival.

Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify the host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if canceled in less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-3 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 4-7 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 8+ bedrooms.

There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.
