"This was the perfect cottage for our stay. The home was clean and perfectly located. It was only a very short walk to downtown Gatlinburg. The communication was easy between Elk Spring and everything went smoothly. This was a very comfortable stay for all of us and we would 110 percent book this home again!! "

Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Peaceful Stream Cabin In The Heart Of The City
The cabin was truly set up for everything we could want or need. The family, usually 7-8 adults, comes to Gatlinburg yearly for a trip and this is now our favorite place. We loved the location on the river and closeness to the main strip. We comfortably parked 4 vehicles in the driveway and never had to pay to park anywhere else the entire time(Easily $10-20/day in savings per vehicle).
The home is well kept, our only "gripes" were from the old timers that said the deck could use some leveling and to be re-stained and that the hot tub seemed to throw an error every now and then, but still worked amazingly once you pushed a button to reset! The fact we had to all think about any cons tells you just how good of a place this is.
We fully intend to try to book this place for all of our future visits due to the proximity to everything and the comfort of the home itself. The deck and hot tub also gave us some great close encounters to a bear that we got to see walk up and down the river and even lay down in the water to cool off!

Great Views In Large House Jack & Jill Bathroom
Loved the views off of the deck and in the large house windows. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms is not necessary mentioned and very much so need be listed in the details. Especially when three paired adults whom dont want to share a JACK & JILL BATHROOM. The third had to use the bathroom near front door guest bathroom. Awkward
Gatlinburg House
Conveniently located in town toward the end of the main strip in Gatlinburg. We love that it’s at the end toward the park, so there isn’t any traffic to get to and from the park. Great fishing right behind the house, and it's easy to walk anywhere in town. The king beds and the open floor plan were great for my family and both sets of grandparents.

This was out third stay at this location in Gatlinburg TN. The location provides river sounds off the deck, easy walking to distance to strip for food, drinks and shopping. Park the car and walk. We like to eat at Howards for excellent steaks, smoky mountain brewery for drinks. Great place to stay.Easy reservations and communication with management
Amazing Cabin!
We LOVED everything about this house! It was exactly as pictured and everything was so clean. The location is amazing... park your car and walk to everything downtown Gatlinburg has to offer. Step out on the back deck and watch people fish or just listen to the creek! 100% will recommend and return!
