Bear's Lair boasts vaulted tall ceilings downstairs in the kitchen and living room. A beautiful floor to ceiling stacked stone wood burning fireplace fills the living room with that long overdue I'm finally in the mountains feeling. Just outside the living room is your own private deck with a hot tub to soak away the adventures of the day in the Smokies. In the loft challenge one another to a game of pool or on the multicade. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need. Downstairs is the Private large bedroom suite with King Size bed and TV. The master bath is a full bath with tub/shower. You will also have access to two swimming pools from Memorial to Labor day. Living Room Sit back and relax in the living room featuring an electric fireplace, a couch (sleeper sofa), a comfy recliner, and a flat screen TV! In the evenings, flip on the TV for a bit of entertainment or cuddle up by the fireplace for a romantic night in the Smokies. Kitchen Step into the fully equipped kitchen for meal prep, coffee refills, snack attacks, and cookie time. Fully equipped with a stainless-steel refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher plus cutlery, cookware, mugs, dinnerware, and more. Dining Area Along with eating scrumptious meals, bring board and card games from home and host a friendly tournament in the dining area. Loft Area Pool table and multicade to keep kids of all ages entertained on those Lazy vacation days or just while people are getting ready for the days activities. Sleeping arrangements: Exploring the great outdoors, shopping in town, and playing at the cabin will certainly leave everyone ready for bed at the end of each day. On the Entry Level find the private large bedroom suite with King Size bed and TV. The master bath is a full bath with shower. In the Living Area there is a queen sleeper sofa with bathroom entrance for additional sleeping space. In the loft area you will find a Twin over Twin bunk and another full bath with shower and a separate Jetted tub. Pet Policy: Small dog friendly only. Maximum 2 dogs. Must be housebroken and limited to 25lbs ea. (No Exceptions) There is a non-refundable $49 pet fee applied at booking. Please remember that our furry family members can act out of character when in a new environment. Please bring a kennel or enclosure to house your pet when you are not in the cabin with them. Also, pets should refrain from relaxing on the furniture. This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking, or if cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival.

A 50% refund is given for cancellations greater than 30 days prior to arrival.

All deposits are forfeited if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival unless property can be rebooked.
