King Bedroom and 1 Full Bathroom, Game Room with Pool Table, Deck THE BASICS: No smoking, no house parties, no pets, blocking driveways, damage, excessive noise, or disturbing neighbors. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. SMART-LOCK SYSTEM: All Great Smoky Mountains Cabin Rentals properties are secured with Smart-Lock systems located on the front door and potentially throughout the unit. The 4-digit access code is unique to each reservation and should never be shared. GUEST COMMUNICATION: After you book your reservation, you will receive a booking confirmation text message along with your reservation specific rental agreement, that needs to be e-signed and returned before your check-in date. 48-hours prior to your check-in date, your check-in information that includes critical information for your stay will be sent via text. DAMAGE FEE BREAKDOWN: Security Fee: In lieu of a security deposit (with exception), we provide up to $3,000 of damage protection for $39.50 plus taxes. This VRD fee is required and non-refundable. This plan covers unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during the renter's stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. Any damages that exceed $3,000 plus applicable fees will be charge to the credit card on file. POLICY VIOLATION FEES: from $50 .......... It is just enough to get you started in our rentals, so you can relax first and visit the store later!
