Host Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.

Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Bring Your Cleaning Supplies

Received a texted message at 1pm stating that our cabin check in would be delayed from 3pm to 4:30 pm due to cleaning. Thirty minutes later we received a message stating that our cabin was ready for check in. (Strange!)When we arrived at 3pm. We found hair on our sheets once we pulled back the bedding. The bunk bed comforter was dirty on the top. Our shower had hair sitting on the drain and the tub had a finger nail inside. Both games down stairs didn’t work until maintenance arrived. And we were asked to change our bedding when they finally arrive.We had to go purchase cleaning before we were actually able to get comfortable.

Weekend Getaway

The rental company was very responsive to a minor problem. They sent a service man promptly. The serviceman was courtious and efficient.

Sugar Plum Pines

Cabin was nice but unfortunately was across from a cabin under construction. We were not told about the construction when booking. It was disappointing to consistently hear sawing, hammering, etc when trying to enjoy a relaxing week. There were times we chose to leave the cabin to get away from the noise when we hadn’t planned on leaving. Furniture could also be changed as there was not a couch in the first floor living space.

I Was Let Down

There was spots in the bedroom you had to watch walking around in the nude due to there was no blinds in those spots and people could see in. There was very little water pressure in the shower. Upon entering the cabin we was greeted by a plain uncovered concrete floor and some of the walls were just plywood. The fireplace in the main room was in pieces and unhooked. It was very oddly furnished with furniture and I could go on but it won’t do any good. We we stay with the resort again but definitely not in that cabin. We feel it was very over priced for what it was.
