The lovely wooded setting offers privacy with lush vegetation and tall trees. From the upper deck, watch the tram crawl up the mountainside or wonder at the beauty of Mount LeConte. A spacious lower deck area with a private hot tub (seats 8, sits under roof cover) will add to your living space. While offering a feeling of seclusion, it's also convenient to downtown, making this the perfect spot for your family reunion or business meeting. When you stay at Laurel Lodge (or any of our properties) during the summer months you will receive a pass to enjoy three community pools located on Ski Mountain. Host Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, there will be no refunds if you are inside your cancellation period.

Cancellation periods are as follows: 1-4 bedrooms require a 30 day notice. 5-8 bedrooms, 6 weeks� notice. 12 bedrooms, 12 weeks� notice. If you are outside your cancellation period you will receive a 90% refund minus the administrative fee or 100% credit to another reservation.

If proper notice is not given as indicated, the deposit will be forfeited. You will be allowed to make one change in your dates or chalet at no charge with required notice. After that, you will be charged $ 50.00 for each additional change. No changes are allowed if you are inside your cancellation period.
