You'll appreciate the spaciousness of each room in this beautifully appointed chalet.This home, constructed in 2019, features a panoramic view of Mt LeConte. The main level has 1 king bedroom with private bath and 43" TV and 1 queen bedroom with private bath and 40" TV. The main floor also features the living space with fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room with 60" TV and wood burning fireplace. The large covered deck provides another dining space option and a gas grill. Additional bedrooms are downstairs with 1 king bedroom with private bath with 43" TV and 1 queen bedroom with private bath and 40" TV. Large game area expands through two rooms with Pool Table and a 55" TV and small refrigerator, plus another small sitting area with a 55" TV and card table for putting together puzzles or playing board games that the owner has tucked in a nearby closet. The chalet also has a large hot tub on the deck for your enjoyment. There are also 2 additional half baths located in the home.

Host Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, there will be no refunds if you are inside your cancellation period.

Cancellation periods are as follows: 1-4 bedrooms require a 30 day notice. 5-8 bedrooms, 6 weeks� notice. 12 bedrooms, 12 weeks� notice. If you are outside your cancellation period you will receive a 90% refund minus the administrative fee or 100% credit to another reservation.

If proper notice is not given as indicated, the deposit will be forfeited. You will be allowed to make one change in your dates or chalet at no charge with required notice. After that, you will be charged $ 50.00 for each additional change. No changes are allowed if you are inside your cancellation period.
