Surrounded by lush woods, you will feel at one with nature from the moment you step on the front porch. An outdoor dining table and chairs await you. As you step inside, you are greeted by a wall of windows that capture the beauty of the large, mature trees on the hillside. A large stack-stone fireplace with cozy gas logs sits in the corner of the living room, and a fully equipped eat-in kitchen is at the other end. Watch your favorite show on a flat-screen TV or simply sit and soak in the beautiful views. MAIN LEVEL: The main floor has one king bedroom with a private bath (whirlpool tub and shower) and flat screen TV (w/cable). If you have someone who can't climb steps, you can get into the house and on the main floor without taking any stairs. UPPER LEVEL: Feeling competitive? Try your hand at a game of pool in the loft above the living room area and let the kids hang out in their own space. LOWER LEVEL: Downstairs, you will find a second bedroom with a king bed, private bath (tub/shower), whirlpool jacuzzi, flat screen TV (w/cable), and a private deck. ***Owner decorates for Christmas ***When you stay at Sanctuary Song (or any of our properties), you will have access to three community pools located on the mountain during the summer months. ***You are only about 10 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg, 5 minutes to Ober Mountain and about 20 minutes to Pigeon Forge and Dollywood.

Host Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, there will be no refunds if you are inside your cancellation period.

Cancellation periods are as follows: 1-4 bedrooms require a 30 day notice. 5-8 bedrooms, 6 weeks� notice. 12 bedrooms, 12 weeks� notice. If you are outside your cancellation period you will receive a 90% refund minus the administrative fee or 100% credit to another reservation.

If proper notice is not given as indicated, the deposit will be forfeited. You will be allowed to make one change in your dates or chalet at no charge with required notice. After that, you will be charged $ 50.00 for each additional change. No changes are allowed if you are inside your cancellation period.
