Thick rhododendron bushes and mountain laurel surround this rondette that seems to sit among the tree tops. A complete wrap-around deck gives you access to lush woods in back or majestic views in front. Four person hot tub behind the house affords privacy and a chance to commune with nature while resting weary muscles. There is even a secret spot tucked into the woods for quiet meditation. Polished hardwood floors and a stone fireplace set the rustic theme for this hideaway. Nostalgic signs, paintings, and mountain memorabilia will take you back to a time when life wasn't so rushed. When you stay at Le Rendezvous (or any of our properties) during the summer months, you will receive a pass to enjoy three community pools located on Ski Mountain. Host Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, there will be no refunds if you are inside your cancellation period.

Cancellation periods are as follows: 1-4 bedrooms require a 30 day notice. 5-8 bedrooms, 6 weeks� notice. 12 bedrooms, 12 weeks� notice. If you are outside your cancellation period you will receive a 90% refund minus the administrative fee or 100% credit to another reservation.

If proper notice is not given as indicated, the deposit will be forfeited. You will be allowed to make one change in your dates or chalet at no charge with required notice. After that, you will be charged $ 50.00 for each additional change. No changes are allowed if you are inside your cancellation period.
