Conveniently located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, just minutes from the National park entrance and hiking trails or the fun and activities of downtown Gatlinburg or Dollywood. Spacious rooms give you the elbow room to spread out, but still be together under one roof. Large common areas invite you to relax and visit with your friends and family or get up a competitive round of billiards in the game room. Openness between the kitchen and living room gives the chefs an ear to conversations taking place in the living area or share in the cheering on of the sports event of the day on the large smart TV. Generously sized bedrooms each feature a King-sized bed, your own TV and bath. Four of the bedrooms have access to three decks where you can welcome in the morning with a cup of coffee while listening to birdsong or squirrel chatter. If you're lucky, you might have a bear lumber down the road during your stay, which is always guaranteed excitement, but please enjoy from a safe distance.

Owner offers TV cable channels, plus Paramount, Disney, Netflix, and Amazon video, plus other streaming channels available with your login creditentials. When you stay at High Five, or any of our properties during the summer months, you will receive a pass to enjoy 3 pools located here on the mountainside. The closest pool is the North Clubhouse, about 3/4 mile from the cabin.

Host Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, there will be no refunds if you are inside your cancellation period.

Cancellation periods are as follows: 1-4 bedrooms require a 30 day notice. 5-8 bedrooms, 6 weeks� notice. 12 bedrooms, 12 weeks� notice. If you are outside your cancellation period you will receive a 90% refund minus the administrative fee or 100% credit to another reservation.

If proper notice is not given as indicated, the deposit will be forfeited. You will be allowed to make one change in your dates or chalet at no charge with required notice. After that, you will be charged $ 50.00 for each additional change. No changes are allowed if you are inside your cancellation period.
