When looking out on either of the large covered decks at the spectacular view of the pinnacle, Mt. LeConte, of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, you would think that you are miles from civilization, yet you are only 10 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and 15 minutes from Pigeon Forge in a serene nature environment to view bears, raccoons, large woodpeckers, hawks, wild turkeys, and more. Gatlinburg Manor was rebuilt in 2019 following the 2016 wildfire and is beautifully decorated chalet with stainless steel appliances and granite kitchen and bathroom countertops, and mementos of the past Appalachian Mountain culture. It has 5 bedrooms (all king beds), 4 baths with additional vanity dressing areas, that sleeps 10 people.
The vaulted ceiling in the Great Room showcases a magnificent stone wood burning fireplace. The open Great Room, kitchen, and dining area is perfect for gathering of family and friends.
Other amenities: A fully equipped kitchen, 2 spacious decks with porch swings, rockers, Adirondack chairs, tables for outside dining, hot tub w/privacy screen, big screen TV in Great Room and Game Room, and 5 other TVs in each bedroom, wireless internet, Game Room with pool table that was made by an East Tennessee craftsman, washer/dryer, a charcoal grill, and lots of close level parking.

Host Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, there will be no refunds if you are inside your cancellation period.

Cancellation periods are as follows: 1-4 bedrooms require a 30 day notice. 5-8 bedrooms, 6 weeks� notice. 12 bedrooms, 12 weeks� notice. If you are outside your cancellation period you will receive a 90% refund minus the administrative fee or 100% credit to another reservation.

If proper notice is not given as indicated, the deposit will be forfeited. You will be allowed to make one change in your dates or chalet at no charge with required notice. After that, you will be charged $ 50.00 for each additional change. No changes are allowed if you are inside your cancellation period.
