Black Beary Lodge is a pristine Gatlinburg log home near the arts and crafts community and minutes from the Great Smoky Mountain National Park! If you are bringing your EV there is a private EV charging station in your own parking area. The resort swimming pool and pavilion are near the cabin as well. Black Beary Lodge has 4 King Private Bedroom Suites, plus Twin over Twin Bunk Beds in the game room, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the loft movie area. This one-of-a-kind cabin has three levels of luxury living space. When you enter the home you are welcomed with a large sectional couch, custom stacked stone gas fireplace with an incredible 85" High-Definition TV, beyond is the dining area and full kitchen with everything you could need for your Smoky Mountain getaway including a standard and Keurig Coffee Maker. The main level offers two king bedrooms each with a TV. Also on this level is a Full Bath with Tub/Shower Combo. Head upstairs and you arrive in the lofted Movie Room with a sit-down multi-cade arcade game as well as another large TV. Also on this level is one of the two oversized Master Bedrooms with Jetted Tub in the bedroom, private bath with large custom walk-in shower and a private balcony with mountaintop views. From the main level head downstairs to the second oversized Master Bedroom, again with Jetted Tub tub in the bedroom, bathroom with large shower as well as a coffee bar in the bedroom. Also on the lowest level is the game room with regulation pool table as well as a third living area with large TV. Also in this room are log twin over twin bunkbeds as well as another private deck with a large outdoor hot tub. Host Cancellation Policy

This local host has a no cancellation policy. Their policy is no refunds and no rescheduling.

During winter months road conditions may require that you need a 4-wheel drive (if snow or ice is on the ground). No refunds will be given due to inability to get to cabin due to road conditions or grade of driveway.

No shows will forfeit any monies put down.

After booking, the host offers a Vacation Guarantee for 7% of your total reservation. This enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. This is an optional charge post-booking that you can elect to pay directly to the local host company.
