Have meals together in your dining room adjoining your fully equipped kitchen. The cabin is conveniently located just west of downtown Gatlinburg so you can enjoy easy access via highway 321 avoiding all the traffic through Sevierville. You are just 20 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and only 5 minutes to the Greenbrier entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park - what a fantastic location! *** This cabin has an open calendar as it's brand new and has just been listed. Host Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.

Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Short Family Trip

My family and I loved our 4 day, 3 night stay. It was a breath of fresh air. The cool breeze in the morning and the sound of the river late at night was amazing. The house was very well kept and the beds were awesome. 15 minutes to Food City grocery and 15-20 mimutes from downtown. My boys loved the game room and hot tub and the balcony was relaxing. Can't wait to return. Thank you for the experience.

Family Spring Break 2023

We would definitely stay here again. The cabin was perfect for our family. Our middle son loved fly fishing on the property and our youngest loved the game room and hot tub. Quiet location away from the tourism yet easy to get to it if desired. Close to the smaller areas of the national park. Clean, well appointed and comfortable.
